Bunmi Oladeji-Adeniji graduated with Distinction from Drexel University PhD Program!!

Dr. Oluwabunmi Oladeji-AdenijiThe Nigeria Physiotherapy Network congratulates Dr. Oluwabunmi Bosede Oladeji-Adeniji for graduating with a PhD from the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, PhD program of Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

The title of her PhD Dissertation which won a Drexel University's Outstanding Dissertation Award, was "Running Initiation in Children with Cerebral Palsy". The Pediatrics Section of the American Physical Therapy Association was also very impressed with her work, and supported it with a grant award.
 
Dr. Oladej-Adeniji is a 2001 first-class honors graduate of the BSc Physiotherapy program of the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Dr. Oladej-Adeniji in her academic career has won many honours and awards including:
  • 2012   -  Drexel University Outstanding Dissertation Award, Physical and Life Sciences
  • 2009-2011 - Clinical Research Grant, Section on Pediatrics, American Physical Therapy Association
  • 2009   -  Employee Recognition Award, HCR Manor Care, King of Prussia, PA
  • 2003-2006 - Health Equality Scholarship, Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA
  • 2001   -  First Class Honors (Summa cum laude), University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria
  • 2001   -  Departmental Award:  Best overall graduating student
  • 2001   -  Dr. T. Abayomi Oshin Award: Best overall student in the final year
  • 2001   -  U.T.C Annual Award: Best overall student in the final year
  • 2001   -  PROF. A.O.K Johnson Award: Best overall student in the final year
  • 2001   -  Tinuke Oshinubi Award: Best all-round graduating female student
