PhysioSurveys for Research

The Nigeria Physiotherapy Network is please to make available to colleagues around the world this important research tool for creating online surveys. We call this PhysioSurveys. This invaluable online tool for research is based on the opensource codes of LimeSurvey.

We hope that colleagues in Nigeria and around the world will transit from administering paper surveys/questionnaires to online administration of surveys where applicable. Please take advantage of this invaluable online resource.

We also hope that this will enhance research collaboration with colleagues around the world. We are committed to making the PhysioWorld a global online village.

How to Set up an Online Survey

1. Request a PhysioSurveys User account by sending an email request to surveys@nigeriaphysio.net
2. In the Email, State your full names, affiliations, and title of your online survey.
3. Once the information is received, a user account will be set up for you, and you can thereafter start using the online survey instrument
