The Nigeria Physiotherapy Network congratulates the latest Nigerian Physiotherapy 'docs' who recently completed requirements for the award of PhD degrees in Neurophysiotherapy at the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan's Physiotherapy program. Their mentor, Professor T. Kolapo Hamzat was full of praise for his students as he writes below:

I would like to use this medium to commend and congratulate these 4 amazing ladies whom I am glad to have supervised and who are today taking part in the 64th Founder’s Day graduation ceremony of the Nigeria premier University of Ibadan. They have bagged PhD degrees in Neurological Physiotherapy, a specialty many tend to shy away from. These ladies are an inspiration. They showed such tenacity and dedication. They balanced change in status, family life and many obstacles to achieve their dreams.  To say I am proud of them all is an understatement.
