Brief Biography (If Available) Colonel Paschal Ogugua Mobgo (Rtd) holds a BS and MS degree in Physical therapy, a Post-professional certification in acupuncture and a Doctorate degree in Theology. Colonel Mogbo is the former and pioneer Director, Professions Allied to Medicine Division of the Nigerian Army Medical Corp. Prior to retiring from the Nigerian Army, he was in charge of the affairs of all health professions in the Nigerian Army except Medicine and Surgery. Colonel Mogbo was a Pioneer Chairman of Nigerian Association of Sports for the Disabled. He led the Nigerian Disabled team to their first outing in the Paralympics. He is an ordained Pastor, a well experienced and well rounded physical therapist per excellence and well traveled. Colonel Mogbo is now the CEO and Director of Preferred Physiotherapy and Wellness Clinic.

As the Chairman, Conferences and International Affairs of the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy (NSP), Colonel Mogbo attended the 2005 Annual meeting of the APTA in Orlando, Florida. While at the APTA Conference, Colonel Mogbo sought avenues to improve international cooperation, professional collaborations and better working relationship between the NSP and the APTA. Then, and being a highly ranked military officer in the Nigerian Army Medical Corp, he was also able to make contact with some military members of the APTA
